Events 2012:
Fox Farms Days April 28th Saturday.
Come join us and bring your containers- we'll fill them with Fox Farms Soils and help you make "Pizzaz in your Pot!" Fertilizer sample give aways and organic gardening topics will be covered. Please call 253.847.7078 for more details.

The Pond Pad Grand Re-Opening April 28th Saturday and April 29th Sunday.

Fruit Trees and Small Fruits
Learn how to grow your own organic fruit in small spaces. Dennis Ryan will explain proper care, pruning and disease prevention. February 25th Saturday 10am and February 26th 11am, Alpine Nursery.

Herbal Studies-

Growing Gorgeous Roses
We have a great selection of WeeksŪ Roses that preform well in our cool, wet weather. Learn how you can grow gorgeous organic roses with Dennis Ryan on March 3rd Saturday 10am and March 4th Sunday 11am, Alpine Nursery.

Indoor Gardening
You can grow just about anything you want indoors with the right set up either in soil or using hydroponic methods. We have just what you need, and Dennis Ryan can show you how to produce high yields, organically. March 10th Saturday 10am and March 11th Sunday 11am, Alpine Nursery.

Organic Lawn Care
Learn how to grow your own organic fruit in small spaces. Dennis Ryan will explain proper care, pruning and disease prevention. February 25th Saturday 10am and February 26th 11am, Alpine Nursery.

Attracting Wildlife in the Garden
Learn how to attract birds, butterflies and other critters to your garden while creating beautiful and useful outdoor living spaces. Edible Gardens
In our climate, it is possible to have a year round garden with cool and warm season vegetables and other edible landscape plants. Learn how to grow your own food and herbs organically in large and small spaces. March 24th Saturday 10am and March 25th Sunday 11am, Alpine Nursery.

Herbal Kitchen and Tea Garden
There are so many culinary and medicinal herbs and plants that can be grown here in the PNW suitable for landscape, garden and containers. Learn with Kerri Bailey how to care, use and design with edible plants and herbs. March 24th Saturday 10:30am and March 25th Sunday

Pond Spring Start Up
Get your pond jump started for summer. Learn how to clean your pond / water feature and what to do with your fish and pond plants. Aquaponics, Aquaculture and Water Scaping, and other uses for ponds will be introduced by Kerri Bailey, The Pond Pad @ Alpine Nursery on April 7th and April 14th Saturday 10am; April 8th and April 15th Sunday 11am.

Pond Plants 101
Learn the types of aquatic plants for koi ponds, water gardens and bogs, the care of and how they can be used as cover and food for fish and as veggie filters to keep your pond clean and balanced. Come and see how pretty the water lilies are with Kerri Bailey, The Pond Pad @ Alpine Nursery April 21st Saturday 10am and April 22nd Sunday 11am.
